Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. Every product we offer is made to order and printed especially for you. Because of the personalized nature of print on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the item you received.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item (incorrect size, design, or product)

  • The item was printed incorrectly (design is misplaced, missing, or not as described)

  • The item arrived damaged due to a production or shipping issue

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can help resolve the problem quickly.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Changing your mind after placing the order

  • Ordering the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or the printing process

  • General wear and tear from use or washing

Since each item is printed specifically for you, we hope you understand that we can only accept returns or issue replacements in cases of error or defect.
